Exercise Ball Abdominal Exercises Provide A Challe

The exercise ball is inflatable, mostly vinyl or plastic with many different sizes and varying degrees of inflation. It can be used as a support for abdominal exercises and flexibility training. A small air pump is needed to inflate the exercise ball, usually one can be purchased with it. The inflation pressure is important because it is directly related to intensity levels.
